SMS Communications Policy

This policy describes how Quiet Compute LLC ("Quiet Compute," "we," "us") uses SMS text messaging on its toll-free business line, (866) 964-5406, and the consent terms that apply when you exchange text messages with us.

1. Consent to receive text messages

• Your initiation of a text conversation with our number constitutes your opt-in and agreement to receive SMS messages from us.
• Consent to receive text messages is separate from and not a condition of any purchase, account creation, or use of any Quiet Compute service.
• We do not add phone numbers to marketing lists from inbound support texts.

2. Types of messages you may receive

Messages sent from this number are limited to:

• Support responses — replies to questions, issues, or requests you send us;
• Account and service notifications — confirmations, alerts, and status updates related to services you have requested or accounts you hold with us;
• Verification messages — one-time passcodes or identity confirmations when needed to secure your account.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages on this line.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your requests and ongoing service needs. Most customers receive messages only in direct response to something they initiated.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Quiet Compute LLC does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages.

5. Opting out

You may cancel SMS communications at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message from us, or
• Email [email protected] with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number to remove.

After opting out, you will receive a brief confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent except a final confirmation of the opt-out request itself. If you later text us again, that new message constitutes renewed consent under Section 1.

Reply HELP to any message from us to receive support information, or contact us directly using the details in Section 8 below.

7. Carrier disclaimer & privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Phone numbers collected for SMS communication are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy; we do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
